It is proven fact that ,Laughter is powerful medicine to heal our body mind and soul. Our nature is playful and blissful. When baby in the mothers Womb is in a state of joy and bliss. When It come out side world , he or she still state of peace and silence, when a baby grow up to 3-5 years old, He or she can laugh, joyful and be happy 300-400 times a day . But when a person start grow physically and mentally, he is disconnected to his nature frequency and vibration. Because of education, cultural conditioning , TV, Internet , Busy life and family conditioning, he slowly disconnect from source and nature and experience stress, tension ,worry etc in life. He hardly seems to be happy and blissful.

There are thousands of meditation in the world. The most fundamental and essential meditation is vipassna Meditation .
Vipassana is one of India’s most ancient meditation techniques. It was rediscovered 2500 years ago by Goutma Buddha, and is the essence of what he practiced and taught during his forty-five year ministry. During the Buddha’s time, large numbers of people in northern India were freed from the bonds of suffering by practicing Vipassana, allowing them to attain high levels of achievement in all spheres of life. All over world Budha Teachings and meditation is practiced.

Spiritual growth is not very serious process of self discovery . It can be playful and fun with adding laughter , dance and song in it. Self discovery can become a journey of playfulness, laughter, song.
