How to transform anger in to beauty


How to become young by Anger
Many many people in day to day life feel anger. Anger, hate seems to be very familiar in our day to day life. Here is some useful way to creative transform in to beauty.

If you are feeling anger generating in the body, before it possess your body mind, hurt your and other person emotions. Here is simple way to transform energy of anger in to beautiful exercise to make your body healthy strong and beautiful.

How to do it?

It is very simple experiment. When ever you feel anger is coming, try this which part of your body is weak, bring attention there totally contract that muscle contract that part of the body for 3-5 seconds, and release it. Again contract with your total heart to contract it and release it. Do it 5-10 times. You will be surprised that your anger is transformed in to strength.

How it happen?

Everything in this universe is energy. Energy is vibration. Anger is energy, love is energy. Jealousy, hate is energy. Love, compassion, kindness is energy. The energy is energy neither good or bad. But you feel good and bad only. You feel happy when you feel good. You feel unhappy when you no feel good.

So by bringing attention to weaker part of the body and start contracting and releasing you dissipate your anger vibration in to strength of your body part.

What will happen then?

Then 3 powerful things happen

1. You are dissipating the not feel good energy in to body strength, hence making your body part more beautiful and strong.

2. You are let anger, hate, jealousy (not feel good energy) posses you and control you. You are getting the key to transform the energy. (Like electric energy can transform in to cool ac, or heat (heater) etc)

3. When you are becoming young and beautiful by anger energy, you are destroying the old habits. And Thus less energy start flowing through old channel and new loving kind healthy vibration start flowing in channels. You become vibrant glowing and healthy.

Note: if you legs are weaker you can bring attention there if your hands are weaker bring attention there and contract and expand muscle of that part of the body ..
