Laughter is powerful medicine. It is very contagious. It can take away all your tension, fatigue, sadness bring you to freshness, joyfulness and peacefulness. Laughter meditation is fit for everyone. It can totally change your life. It can transform all the negative energies in to positive and playful. Laughter and dance meditation is designed to give your body vitality, rejuvenate your mind, and uplift your soul to higher vibration.
3 stage meditation
First stage 20 min
With the sound of gong start laughing.
Laugh for no reason. It seems difficult at first, but it is most easy process. Once you started it can posses your whole body and heart and spread all over. When we born we were much joyful and playful, just we need some start. So here is start just say yahoo…yahoo…yahoo…three times three times…and just start laughing…….at beginning laughter may be not real but by and by it will be real……if you stop laughing again the mantra yahoo….ha ha ha…….in beginning it may be fake laughter but by and by you will get key to real laughter. Remember the law fake it till you make it.
2nd stage 20 min
With sound of gong you stand up…There will be music rhythm, allow this music rhythm to possess you, and let your body move with the rhythm of the drum beat. Rhythm of drum beat is deeply connected to our heart beat. We are very sensitive to the rhythm of drum that reminds us heartbeat of mother when we are in mother womb for 9 months. Allow the rhythm to move your feet, move your body, move your heart beat.
Lie down on the floor flat on the ground let the belly touch the floor. Let your navel connect with the mother earth. Let you totally relax on the lap of mother. Allow your each and every part of the body to relax, each and every cell of body to relax. Let your mind to relax and calm. Let your heart beat relax and cool down. Be watcher and witness to all the process. Be present and be still, allow everything to happen.
