When WE look at Child, WE are Naturally attracted Toward His Innocence, His Beauty, His joyfulness and blissfulness.....but by and by WE Grow up, WE Loose Our Nature, Our Innocence Loose, Loose our beauty ... !! Loose our joy, freedom, happiness....!! We are loaded with much worries, tension, anger, fear, frustration...!! We are surrounded by many burdens....!! This is not the life we wish to be ... This is not that we want...!! This is not you longing for...!! This not that you looking for ... !!
People, Societies, Nations, are now Experiencing great Shift of consciousness ... there are lots of negative Emotions, Frustration anger, Fear being Released, In Order WE are not Completely and Totally Lost in collective Unconscious , we need to lift our energy with positive vibration, and positive energy, so that we can slowly and gently possessed by new consciousness (happy and healthy vibration) so That we can Lift Our consciousness to new Dimension, from where WE see Everythingas Play ...... Everything as Leela (Play) ....

One can love other only when one start loving and respecting him self. Understand and live his life according to his nature. live life according to his potential. By self love, by meditation, and understanding one come close to one self and his nature. Start living life..according to Heart inner longing, inner voice.
START LIVING YOUR LIFE
There are thousands of thoughts come to our mind. Scientist says that each person think 60000 thoughts in one day. Out of which only 2000 thoughts we are aware of, rest of them happen in our unconscious mind. We feel pain, restlessness, suffering because these unconscious thoughts are not addressed. They are overpowering over consciousness. They are controlling our life, they are shaping our future. We are under control of their grip.
In order to live life moment to moment, it is very important we live our life to fullest, without compromising. Because we are in grip of our past cultural conditioning, society conditioning, Parental and school college conditioning, we are conditioned in particular way...by our education and institutions. We are not feeling free. In other words we are not love and accept our self as we are. If one love one self, listen to one need and take care delicate, one will feel from Head to Heart....
Right now 90 to 95 % energy is controlled by Head. But when we are born, our heart was totally open. Can say our almost 100 % energy was in our heart, we are one with our self. We feel integrated. But when a person start growing up, his integrated energy is disintegrate in many directions. We have got many worries, many challenges, many problems in our life. We are lost our heart. Meditation is way to come back home. Meditation is process of coming back to our heart again. Remember who we are? Where we come from? What is our life purpose?
When one practice meditation, one energy start moving from head to heart. One starts being, Instead of becoming. One start being with nature. That what is Human being is. Right now we are Human doing. Once we are human being, One see world in very different way.
