MEDITATION WORKSHOPS



Meditation means state of no thought. When there is no thoughts in your mind, just pure awareness and watchfulness. It is state of pure joy and bliss. It is a state of pure consciousness, when the mind  is empty , free of scattered thoughts and various pattern.
PURPOSE OF MEDITATION
  • To go beyond conditioned mind and habitual thinking,
  • Witnessing the thought and emotion, feelings.
WHY PEOPLE NEED MEDITATION BECAUSE
  • They are unhappy, tense, worried, sad, depressed, tired, bored, lonely, confused.
  • To improve or maintain their physical health.
  • To improve daily life, family, work, money, sex.
  • To improve relationships with loved ones, work colleagues, friends.
  • They have addiction problems. ·
  • For guidance and direction.
  • They have suffered in life. Life has become meaningless.
  • To experience greater joy and happiness.
  • To find inner peace and contentment.
  • To celebrate life, For enlightenment etc

Meditation is essential for our life, to bring balance, love, harmony in to our life.
It is best practice one can learn and heal ones life with all hurts, pain, trauma, karma from past.
