Check yur Conscious level by simple test


Simple test to check your conscious level in one minute
There simple most simple test to know how much conscious you are in day to day life. 


This test is based on your power of concentration, power of your focus focus quality of consciousness. 

You need only one minute to test this. Make sure during this one minute you are not disturbed by any thing surround.

Sit comfortably close your eyes and take deep breath. Your spine is straight.
 You are totally relax and at ease. When you ready then open eyes. 

Play the video you will be seeing Second leg of the watch is moving. What you have to do is to give attention to Second  Spike or leg  of the Watch.

If you CAN see it WITHOUT any Distraction, without distraction from mind, thought and emotions. Totally watching the Edge of Second Spike (leg) continuosly for one minutes without blinking the eye, without distracting from mind, thought, any sound, your emotions.


 If you can do that you are very concious . You are Highly conscious.


Distraction here means DURING the Second leg (spike) is moving you are  totally Present, no any Inner Thoughts, dream, Emotions Effect you. You are Totally here now for 1 min without thoughts, emotions and mind .


If you distracted once in one minute you are very very conscious in Day to Day Life. 

If you are distracted Twice in one minute, you are conscious more than Average . 

If you are distracted by More than 3 times by your dreams, Thoughts and Emotions you are averge person.

If more than 4 time you are full of stress, tension. you Need More Meditation, yoga, and more mindfulness. .







































How to Improve your consciousness in Five minutes? 


In order to Improve your consciousness, not to affected by Simple Thoughts and dreams TRY this breathing exercise. sit Comfortably, Close your eyes. 

Breath Normally with Awareness on the breathing for FEW seconds. Awareness on the  Breath in mean when you know That you are breathing in. When you Breath out you know That you are breathing out.

 When you are READY than Start breathing in and out Deeply and Slowly in relaxed Manner. 

Breathing in Deeply means in up to your full Capacity of Lungs, when it CAN not Breath More than That, Slowly Breath out Completely. 

 Continue breathing in and out Deeply and Slowly WITHOUT Another 5 minutes 

 DURING this period you May Feel dizzy, Feel Pain May be Somewhere in the body ,Please do not break the Practice Continue  WITHOUT Distracting Thoughts and Emotions 

... Precautions: 
if you Feel very much uncomfortable SLOW down .
 If you are or High Blood pressure, undergone any Surgery, asthma Please do it very Slowly .. 


Science behind deep Breath:
 Our Breath and Our thouths have deep Connection with each other. When there is more oxygen in Our body due to deep breathing and any other exercise, WE Feel light, Healthy and Fresh.


When there is less Carbon dioxide in Our body, WE are More aware, conscious and less Thoughts. 


 More oxygen less Thoughts and Emotions. we feel healty We Feel Happy and healed. 


 Less oxygen (More Carbon dioxide) WE Feel heavy, tend to Angry, agitated More Easily.
