HAPPINESS TIPS


Happiness is your nature

When you are in space of relaxsation , you feel happy. When u accumulate many tension and worries you loose contact with your nature.

Don’t choose

Just accept life in its totality. Life and death are connected, love n hate are connected, hot and cold is connected, everything is connected.

Caused happiness vs Uncused happiness

Happiness is temporary, it comes and go with the situation. Bliss is happiness uncaused. This state is reached by knowing who you are ?

Being witness or Being present

Happiness comes and goes, they are on the periphery , at center there is always stillness. Focus on that stillness.

Happiness is uncaused

Life is in itself complete , whole. Be part of this whole you become holy.

Inner transformation

Happiness is not depend on your post, power, money. It is depends on your inner transformation.

Right action 

Actions that brings joy , love and abundance for your action and other is right action. That which bring misery , turmoil, hate anger in you and other is wrong action.

Free from past and future

Being present in all action, without burden of past and worries of future, and imagination.  If you are in past and future you are trapped .

Moving towards Truth

As you move towards truth, happiness will be the result. You can achieve happiness directly, realize , remember who you are, you are blissful.

Enjoy your aloneness 

Aloneness is wholeness. When you are alone enjoy your aloneness,  when you are involve with other carry that wholeness within you. 

Happiness is way of living life.

Happiness art of living life, according to your nature. It is your attitude toward life. It is not desiring or wanting anything, but living here and now.

Happiness is happening all around you

Happiness is happening all around you, allow it to enter in you. Be part of this happiness.  Do not distracted by your mind in past and future.
