Healing laughter yoga and meditation workshop consist of two session.
Session one
1. Let go our negative emotions, negative energy pattern by laughter, energy movement, dance movement.
Session two
2. Session two is about entering in to medition and experiencing love, joy, peace and harmony within our self.
Session one…
Healing Laughter Yoga session is not about teaching anything new but rather it serves as a reminder of something which you already have within you. Just a little trigger from outside, just a little support from outside and you will find yourself singing, dancing and celebrating your life.
In childhood each child was very happy, playful and innocent, because there was no burden, no tension, no worries, no past no future, no you no me, there was a sense of joy and satisfaction in life….But as the time passes all the knowledge, information, conditioning burden our head and we lost the connection with the heart.
Healing laughter yoga is a journey from the head to the heart, from confusion to clarity, from adulthood to childhood, back to innocence again by playful way.
Session two
Each living being has a deep longing to be happy, joyful and wants to have a blissful life. Each and every beating heart carries this seed, but due to a bad environment and bad situations they slowly forget their happy and joyful, singing and dancing heart. Session one is getting in touch with playfulness, innocence, laughter and celebration in your heart.
When you already come to heart and innocence it is very easy to enter in to second step to your inner silence, inner harmony, joy and peace within yourself through the process of meditation. When we talk about meditation it is not about very serious meditation but very playful and juicy meditation to discover juice, joy within yourself. So are you ready to discover joy within your self..!!
