TRY deeper meditation experience
Breath deeply ... .Hyper oxigination (for 7 days)
Everyday take deep breath, as you wake up remember to deep breath in and out. What ever action you do remember to breath in deeply so that much oxygen come in side your body. More and more co2 go out side of your body. As more oxygen go inside your body, you will be feeling, lighter, happier, healthier. Over breathing and mind have deep connection. As we breath deeply, more prana enter in our body, with more prana it is difficult to think and attract negativity in your life.
FEW things happen
1. Less sleep will happen, deep breath in and out practice will get deep sleep. When you sleep well, you will sleep less. And you will feel more healthier, happier, powerful.
2. Less and light food
Take less food, and light food. That will help to enter in to meditation. Food is our deepest habit. Taking food is deepest habit of the body. It is more stronger habit than sex. Start from first day to the last day. By breaking habit of the body, new things can impart in your life. so if you can take as less food as you can that will be best to break the habit.no rules do it according your convienience.
3. Mindfulness
when you deep breath in and out your concentration side by side will grow. Because when you breath in deeply and consciously you are becoming aware of each breath coming in and going out. When you are eating food, be aware of each and every movement of your hand, each and every action of the body. If you are taking bath you are conscious of each action. Most important is put attention on each breath and breath out while doing any activity.
Helpful Tips
Sense deprivation
Be silent each day. Only speak when necessary. When you are silence this energy will become meditation. Do not disturb other and break their silence. For 7 days total silence.
Eyes folder:
Eyes bring you out So we will put eye folder for 7 days The energy which go out side will start circulating inside your body, it will become meditation In night also keep on continue for deeper meditation Your sleep quality will .... improve. When you walk also just look 4 feet ahead.
Most of tension come from eyes what they see. Eyes are connected to brain activity. 99% of the brain activity is related to eyes. If your eyes are relaxed and cool your will experience deep peace and silence.
Ear plug
Third thing to do is to cut off your connection with the hearing. You will put ear plug to enter in to meditation during night while sleep and during day while you meditate in day time.
Cheerfulness
Enter in to meditation with happy heart, with sense of joy, sense of love.
Happy hearted, dancing loving only they can enter to the kingdom of the God. Sad people, full of sorrow people very difficult to enter in to kingdom of God. so enter meditation sense of joy.
