How to Grow your will power

Will power is powerful force to give direction in our life. To get job, to open business, to over come body and mind challenge etc, any thing you name it need will power to accompolish it.

Have you ever try to accompolish something in your life, like you want get new job but can not get. You want to earn particular amount of money but can not earn. You want to achieve particular goal but you can not accompolish it ... why?

Because lack of will power in your life.

Here is simple and powerful way to increase your will power.

1.Take deep breath in, when the breath is going in make a will (eg. I do this will that I will get good job).

2. Then stop the breath there in the lungs, (5,10, 15 sec as per your capacity). During the stopping of the breath still continuing repeating (I do this will that I will get good job).

3. Then breath out deeply from the lungs completely. While breathing continue repeating (I do this will that I will get good job).

4. After all the breath is totally out then again stop the breath and continuing repeating the will (I do this will that I will get good job).

5. Repeat the process 5-10 times continuously.

6. After repeating for 5-7 min imagine you are surrounded by all the love, compassion, kind and holy power of the universe. I am filled with all the universal power, love and light. I am filled with happy healthy and loving vibration of the universe.


This all the powerful, loving, holy power of universe is here totally support me ,assist me to accompolish my goal. Your each and every cell filled with powerful positive vibration of the universe, to assist you towards your will goal.

7.After imagining all this then just sit silently with your spine straight. With close eyes slowly watch your normal breathing. With very relaxed attention just keep on watching incoming and outbreath.

When breath coming in, you know that breath is coming in. When breath is going out you know that breathing is going out. With very relaxed and gentle manner keep on watching breath for 10 min.

You will get all the answer from your clear mind and heart. You will know each and every detail of each step. What kind of action you should take, inorder to accompolish your dream. if this is not your dream then idea of accompolishing it may be disappear. you will get clarity in your mind. 


All the answer is in your heart. Universal power is just waiting to assist us, just need relax our body and mind.

What will happen by doing above process

1. By doing this continusouly your each cell will get rejuvenated by your will. Each cell will remember same will and get particular direction towards particular goal.

2. Your body and mind will filled with direction.

3. Your whole personality will come to know that you have some thing higher to accompolish. So it will not wander here and there.
