How to make your night filled with powerful meditation
If one day we sleep 8 hours a day, it means one third of 24 hours. And We live on this earth about 60, 70, 80 years. Some live more than 100 years. But average 1/3 of our life is spend in sleeping . Other 2/3 of our life is spend in other day to day work.
This 1/3 of our life can become powerful nourishment instead of nightmares. In many develop countries many people can not sleep well without taking sleeping pills. In America each third person can not sleep without sleeping pills. America considered to be most develop country in the world. Now many countries are becoming developed countries. They are getting every richness, from outside world, but their inside world is totally empty and unfulfilled. Because of inside emptiness there is craving for outside fulfillment. So everybody is running after being contented by the outside world desire and craving for more. They are disconnected from our source and roots.
Here is simple way to be contented, fulfilled and nourishment. This simple method is to be done every night before sleep. When you do it rightly your 8 hours periods of sleep will become great blessings, great nourishment for your body, mind and soul.
Here is simple way, a tao way of sleeping connect with the divine
1. Before going to bed, take a good shower to let go all day long all the dust and germ of the body. While showring feel the water warmth and coolness on the body. How it feels. How it fall on your head, slip down toward your body. Feel and enjoy whole process of showering.
2. After showering approach your bed with awareness. (By awareness here means while approaching the bed you know each and every movement of your body, eg. Your feet moving and you know that your feet is moving. Your hand moving, you know that your hand moving)
3. Gently lie down and relax on the bed. If you need cover your body, just cover your body with blanket or shawal. Make sure you will be not disturb by any phone mobile phone (switch of your phone) or any body knock at the door (if you likely to be disturb by family member please write notice at the door that I am in meditation please do not disturb.
4. Gently close your eayes and totally relax your body.
5. Now gently auto suggestion your body. From toe to head one by one auto suggestion to your body, that your toe is relaxing, feet are relaxing, lower leg is relaxing. Bit by bit from toe to head auto suggest your body.
6. In a 5 min your whole body will be totally at ease and peace. Now is time to relax your breathing. Now auto suggestion that your breathing is becoming more and more relaxed. It will soon become slower and slower. It may be possible that you may experience almost very slow movement of breath, it may look like it is stooped. Please do not fear. When you experience very very slow movement of breath, you will feel much lightness of the body, you may experience deep peace and joy .
7. When your body is totally relax, breath become quite, now is time to relax your mind. Now with your auto suggestion, order your mind to relax. With very gentle inner auto suggestion say to your mind, it is relaxing, mind is relaxing. Soon you will experience no thought state. Or you may experience very less thoughts are moving on the screen of your mind. You may experience long gap and a thought then long gap and a thought.
8. At this stage you may experience tremendous joy and love surround you. You may experience that you are not this body. You may experience great aura surround you. You may be watching your body from distance.
9. If you can watch your body from distance, you will feel deep fearlessness. You will feel that there is no death. Total peace, joy and love surround you.
10. Your whole night in this state, you will be fully energized by the source energy. Your ego disappear in ocean of consciousness. You feel oneness with all divinity surround. In the morning you feel fresh happy and healthy.

Our body mind and breath have deep connection Breathing is bridge between body, mind and soul When our body is deeply relax, mind is affect by it By body being totally relax mind also become relax When mind become relax, our .. breathing also become relax. When our body mind and breath is totally relax then first time we see that which is ... that which is everywhere. We see divineness and love everywhere. Our whole prospective about life totally change. In a sense we live life first time. First time truly we exhist. First time we experience, what is to be alive. What is to be.

About auto suggestion: Our body and mind is our servant We say to our body sit, it sit down, when we say to our mind stand it stands When we say to our hand move it move..it is our servant Mind ... is our servant to, when you say to your mind think of pink colour it start thinking of pink colour. When you say imagine you are driving the car, it will driving the car. It listen to our suggestion. By and by with practice and patience, we can develop more consciousness mind. That conscious mind can be used to go to higher stage of consciousness. Which is beyond body and mind.
