Dynamic Meditation ​

Dynamic Meditation
Dynamic Meditation is a 60 minutes divided into five stages of meditation too. You can own one performed this meditation alone, but together with other friends make a dynamic impact on your meditation more powerful. But meditation is a very personal nature of the experience, so even if there are other people around you carry along with dynamic meditation, all of your attention and awareness are still in his body, so that is close your eyes and forget all the others. Or you can also use goggles to help you focus back to their inner self.Dynamic meditation is best not to do before eating, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

NO DIMENSION MEDITATION

​The meditation is best done on an empty stomach, on bare feet and wearing loose clothing. It lasts one hour and there are two stages, whirling and resting.
Whirling is an ancient Sufi technique. While your whole body is moving you become aware of your very being, the watcher at the center, which is unmoving. You learn to be an unidentified witness at the center of the cyclone.

​This active centering meditation is based on Sufi techniques, further developed and expanded by Osho. Using the breath and a series of coordinated body movements followed by whirling, your energy becomes centered in the hara, the “life energy” center below the navel.
