Path of yoga is Harmonious living our life.
Yoga is means Union. Inner union as well as outer union. Inner union means harmony within. Harmony within means body mind and soul are in harmony and union.
This is purpose of yoga. Inner harmony leads to outer harmony. Outer harmony means your relationship with your family , loved one become harmonious. your relationship with people and work become harmonious.
So yoga is not limited to only classroom , it can be extended to way of living , in your day to day life.
So in this workshop, we will discover how we can make our life more harmonious, more fullfilling with the help of yoga , yoga principles , and ancient wisdom of Indian yoga.
In this workshop, participants are allowed to ask any questions related to yoga , meditation and day to day difficulties or challenges in life.

Science of inner wellbeing.
Inner wellbeing leads to outer wellbeing.
So What is inner wellbeing.
How one can be in harmony and live his life in harmony ?
Our body mind and soul interconnected with each other.
If there is any difficulties and challenge in the body affect our mind.
If there is any issue in our mind, it affect our body.
Our mind is very subtle instrument. If it is loaded with hatred , anger , hurt , jealous , then it can not function with its optimum capacity.
So in order your body mind is not harmony it leads to much challenges and difficulties in life.
So path of yoga is to step by step understand your body , understand your mind , with the help of , yoga principles of patanjali.
Yoga is science , yoga is answer to all problem in your life.
It can take away your bodies heaviness , sickness.
It can make your mind harmony with all the love and light that exist in this universe.
Yoga step by step journey toward wholeness, oneness .
We are come from oneness, wholeness of the universe , During the growth process of life , we forgot our oneness , we forgot our inner peace and harmony.
Yoga promise the way towards liberation. So that you can rediscover yourself and achieve highest possible frequency of yourself.

Life Beyond the Body
Physically traveling around and touching the entire universe is out of question. The only way to touch everything and know life in all its dimensions is to transcend the limitations of physicality. The process of Hatha Yoga is designed to allow you at least a few moments of breaching the boundaries of the physical and transcending its compulsive, cyclical nature.
You must get this one thought out of your head – “What about me?” Don’t worry about that.
Right now, I would say 99% of most people’s thoughts would be meaningless because they are all around the compulsiveness of the body. It is all about saving yourself, protecting yourself, and keeping yourself comfortable. If you did not have a body, you would not be looking at concerns, you would be looking at possibilities. The only question would be, “What is the ultimate possibility for a human being?”
You must get this one thought out of your head – “What about me?” Don’t worry about that. What about you? You will die! That is the ultimate secret of life. If you drop this concern about yourself, your body will be just a stepping stone in your life. Unfortunately, people are making this physiological mechanism a barrier, not a possibility, simply because they are identified with it. If you remove this one thought, you will become a tremendous possibility.
