Stop Dance Meditation
It is a powerful Technique to bring you here now. Mind is always busy with thoughts after thoughts. Stop Dance meditation is designed to fully stop your mind and experience stillness, peacefulness joyfulness of your being. It is very simple and easy to do. It fits for everybody, who wants to bring awareness, playfulness, and joyfulness in their life. Simple and conscious movement of body , move your inner core of being, remove all the unnecessary burden, from body and mind in form of negativity, anger, fear ,sadness in to freshness of your soul and being.
It has 3 stages
Stage 1, 5 min
Stand on the floor and listen to the music. Feel the music from your whole body, from each and every cell of your body and start moving your body according to your feelings inside yourself.
Stage 2, 30 min
In second stage music will be become faster, your movement of the body also will be faster and according to the rhythm of the music.
Suddenly when the music stop just stay there, no movement of the body, just be watcher of your body and mind. Any sound, any noise come and go just stay watcher without moving your body. There may be some chattering of mind, bird singing without judging stay witness and be still. Allow the stillness Gap to work on you, all silence posses you.
After few moment the music will start again, start moving your body from where you are.
This process of dancing and will be repeated 7 times.
Every time during stop process, stillness and silence will be deepen.
During the stop dance, music will go slow to fast and faster and then go to slower.
3rd Stage 20 min
Sit silently or stand still or lie down what ever feel comfortable for you, and be witness to your body and mind. Sit in relax posture and allow your awareness expands, watch your body, body sensation. Be aware of breathing, be aware of any sound, around you and surround you. Allow yourself be total witness. Let the stillness posses your body and mind and soul. Let you experience joy and bliss.
Meditation end with three gongs, if you like
When you hear three gongs, slowly move your hands, feet’s and slowly sit down. Rub your Hands till they are warm enough, massage your eye brows, 3rd eye, soft touch your face, soft and gently rub your hair ,neck, Your arms, elbow ,hands…your.. Shoulders, chest, belly, your back, thighs, knees, lower legs and feet. This is gentle and soft massage process to love and thank your body, to accompany you to experience stillness and silence within yourself.
Last but not least both Hand put together in Namaste, Bow down in deep gratitude and Thankfulness for this beautiful earth, people , animals, plants, rivers, ocean...all the stars , planets, solar system. In deep gratitude and thankfulness spread you’re all blessings all over the place.
