What is vipassna?

The technique of Vipassana is a simple, practical way to achieve real peace of mind and to lead a happy, useful life. Vipassana means "to see things as they really are"; it is a logical process of mental purification through self-observation.

From time to time, we all experience agitation, frustration and disharmony. When we suffer, we do not keep our misery limited to ourselves; instead, we keep distributing it to others. Certainly this is not a proper way to live. We all want to live at peace within ourselves, and with those around us. After all, human beings are social beings: we have to live and interact with others. How, then, can we live peacefully? How can we remain harmonious ourselves, and maintain peace and harmony around us?

Vipassana enables us to experience peace and harmony: it purifies the mind, freeing it from suffering and the deep-seated causes of suffering. The practice leads step-by-step to the highest spiritual goal of full liberation from all mental defilements.

Historical Background

Vipassana is one of India’s most ancient meditation techniques. It was rediscovered 2500 years ago by Goutma Buddha, and is the essence of what he practiced and taught during his forty-five year ministry. During the Buddha’s time, large numbers of people in northern India were freed from the bonds of suffering by practicing Vipassana, allowing them to attain high levels of achievement in all spheres of life. Over time, the technique spread to the neighboring countries of Myanmar (Burma), Sri Lanka, Thailand and others, where it had the same ennobling effect.

Vipassna level 2 is for those people who have successfully complete level 1, and practice it continuosly for 21 days to 3 month along with meditations. Level two is deeper level of journey, for those who want to deepen their practice , with more deeper and settle level of Osho intensive and secret meditations.

​LEVEL 3 VIPASSANA

Level 3 vipassna meditation practice is for those who have successfully completed the level 2 and practice for 21 days to 3 months and want to go for advance level and understand subtle power and force and power of universe. After completing level 1 and level 2 one is ready to experience settle level of experiences like astral world, astral being, astral body, astral travel, seeing your past life’s, meeting with different masters of past like Buddha, Jesus, Osho, Laotse, sai baba etc. meeting with your soul mate, twin flame, is also possible by deeper level of meditation experiences and intentions.
Level 3 is very sensitive level, one may open their sensitivity to such extent can communicate with animal , plant kingdom, higher being for their guidance and growth.

Teacher Training program in Vipassna meditation

Teacher training program in Vipassna is for those who want to share their love their experience , understanding through vipassna meditation. By sharing your wisdom, knowledge and understanding, one feel connected to like minded people, connected with their higher self, connected with their wisdom. This is through through teaching one feel satisfied, complete, fill the purpose of their life. what you have gain experience by rediscover yourself learn from life can awaken many souls, many people need your help in this process of ascension.  There is no greater experience than to share your wisdom and love to others.
Teacher training program is for those who have completed Vipassna meditation all 3 levels, and sufficiently  practice each level meditation and technique for sufficient period of time. Sufficient period of time for each person vary according to their level of growth, and level of their conciouness.
For attending this level one is required to maintain Vipassna meditation Diary . This diary need to be submit at time of applying for teacher stage. To regularly maintain your vipassana meditation diary all you have to do is ,after each meditation, all the experience should be write down , weather it is good or bad, feel good or not feel good, weather you see light or see some master , all should be written as it is.
To maintain meditation diary is good also for check your level of growth and expansion of consciousness over the period of time.
