we allow all our repressed and unresolved emotions to flow. In this stage we provide safe and protective environment to let go your fear, anger, hate, jealousy, sadness etc express them as a way to release the emotional blockage in the body mind. Om meditation is design scientifically and systematically is divided in to many different stages, all the stages are design to let go all unresolved issue in your life.
Day 2 is healing of the wound…
When a person is emptied of all the emotions, anger sadness , he is ready to invite powerful healing wave of energy , universal healing power to heal the wounds. In day 2, person is introduce to healing forces of universe, energy of love, power of intention and imagination to bring powerful transformation of body, mind and soul.
