A STRESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Structure of Stress management is to consciously transform stress and negative emotions ,creating  positive creative energy, and to create personal well being and peace .through a  process of  Awareness, Understanding and Meditation.  It is great fun with our emotional energy.

The Stress management training program is based on the understanding that in order to be silent, the busy  mind first needs to get rid of tension and stress, anger ,fear ….

This training is a powerful process of  clarification of negative energy,  negative emotions,  transform  them and activate positive energy....that open our brains, our hearts and sense of love.


The Stress management training program divided in to two day

 Day 1 of clearing of blocked energy

 Day 2 is healing of the wound…

 we allow all our repressed and unresolved emotions to flow. In this stage we provide safe and protective environment to let go your fear, anger, hate, jealousy, sadness etc express them as a way to release the emotional blockage in the body mind. Om meditation is design scientifically and systematically  is divided in to many different stages, all the stages are design to let go all unresolved issue in your life.

Day 2 is healing of the wound…

When a person is emptied of all the emotions, anger sadness , he is ready to invite powerful healing wave of energy , universal healing power to  heal  the wounds. In day 2, person is introduce to healing forces of universe, energy of love, power of intention and imagination to bring powerful transformation of body, mind and soul.

Aim of The Stress management training program is to transform negative energy in to positive, to transform block energy in to love, awareness, understanding .
To be aware of  Emotional intelligence.
 To express emotions in a healthy way, 
 To have  more effective communication skills 
To have greater sense of personal wellbeing and empowerment. 
To feel happy healthy and healed, bodily , mentally and spiritually.
